Gabriel-Marie Garrone

Gabriel-Marie Garrone (12 October 1901 – 15 January 1994) was a French Catholic prelate who served as president of the Pontifical Council for Culture from 1982 to 1988. He previously served as prefect of the Congregation for Catholic Education from 1968 to 1980. He was named a cardinal by Pope Paul VI in 1967. Provided by Wikipedia
